LED luminaires have high luminous efficiency and belong to A+ energy efficiency class. Leading manufacturers of LED luminaires produce luminaries that have a ratio of luminous flux to energy of 135 lm/W and above. The efficiency of LED luminaires enables the most efficient energy usage compared to incandescent lamps with an efficiency about 13 lm/W and fluorescent lamps with efficiency 40-70 lm/W. No rigid ultraviolet component
LEDs light-flux spectrum does not contain an ultraviolet component, that ensures the absence of burnout paint, plastic items and cloth (aging effect, when they turn yellow and look old). Thereby LED luminaires are perfect choice for clothing stores, furniture, artwork and other items that may lose its value, because of burnout effect from fluorescent lamps.
High stability of luminous flux - no flicker of light
High-quality LED lighting systems ensure highly stable luminous flux. Professional designing of LED luminaires enables to achieve a low level of flicker of light and absence of stroboscopic effect. A36 and A66 LED luminaires have steady steam of light and do not tire eyes.
High color rendering index
A36 and A66 LED luminaries have high color rendering index (Ra>80, and at the buyer request - Ra>90). They do not require filters for color correction, hence ensure high compliance to color rendering. Due to high color rendering index, the spectrum of luminaires is close to the natural one, which positively affects the emotional state. Proper color shades transmission is especially important for store departments of clothing, furniture, design studios, art offices etc.
For various application purposes, luminaires have different color temperature: 5000K - cold light for offices, halls, warehouses, production facilities; 4000K - light for educational institutions; 3000-3500K - warm light for infant schools and recreation areas.
Ease of luminous flux application and distribution
The directional, uniform and repeatable in the manufacturing luminous flux together with a variety of mounting options and applications can realize the boldest lighting decisions.
All this enables the most efficient light dispersion, over workspace and ensures illumination over required area or space only. Depending on the space type, there is an option to choose luminaires with different width of luminous flux, which enables additional energy savings due to efficient use of luminous flux. Lack of maintenance
Due to long lifetime, LED luminaires do not require regular maintenance and replacement of parts, that ensure substantial savings compared to other lighting sources.
High reliability and long lifetime
LEDs by OSRAM Opto Semiconductors and modern equipment ensure the luminaire lifetime not less than 40 000 hours. At correct approach, to design LED luminaires can operate in wide temperature range and complicated conditions (vibration, dust, hazardous area etc), that ensures their operational continuity. Unlike other lamps (incandescent, fluorescent or discharge lamps) LED luminaires are shatterproof. A36 and A66 LED luminaires are resistant to power supply voltage fluctuations and pulsations. A lifetime of LEDs is several times longer than the lifetime of fluorescent lamps.
“Smart” light systems
LED technology is superior to all other programmable lighting systems. Because LEDs long life does not depend on some ON/OFF switchings, this lighting is perfect for use in systems with high switching frequency.
Fast switching on
Unlike fluorescent or sodium lamps, LED luminaires do not require any time for start operation. They immediately reach the stated level of luminous flux right after start.
LED luminaires do not pollute the environment, while fluorescent lamps contain mercury and must be disposed of. Moreover, fluorescent lamps require additional costs after breaking as well.
